  19. NOTE: On some systems, the first time you try to start URL Grabber, 
  20. nothing may happen - that is, no matter how many times you click or
  21. double-click, the program doesn't start.

  23. If this occurs, restart Windows and run the 
  24. program again. It should work this time, and thereafter.

  27. This archive contains all the files you need to run URL 
  28. Grabber, with the exception of VBRUN300.DLL. 
  29. =====================================================
  30. NOTE: In order to use URL Grabber, you will need to have a copy 
  31. of VBRUN300.DLL installed in your Windows or 
  32. Windows/system subdirectory.

  34. If you don't already have it, you can find VBRUN300.DLL 
  35. as a self-extracting archive file, VBRUNZIP.EXE, 
  36. at ftp.cs.dal.ca/htmlasst/.

  38. VBRUN300.DLL is also available at many other MS Windows 
  39. related FTP sites. 
  40.  
  41. Execute the archive file (by double-clicking on its name in File 
  42. Manager) and it will give birth to VBRUN300.DLL. After 
  43. backing up to a diskette, you can delete the archive file 
  44. from your hard drive when you are finished with it.

  46. If it is not already there, copy VBRUN300.DLL to your 
  47. Windows or Windows\System subdirectory.

  49. Install the files from the URL Grabber archive in their own 
  50. subdirectory. For example, C:\GRABBER.
  51.  
  52. The program executable is GRABBER.EXE. Follow the 
  53. instructions in your Windows manual to install it as an 
  54. icon in Windows Program Manager. You can also double-click 
  55. on the file name in Windows File Manager to run the program.

  57. Among the other files included are:
  58.  
  59. COMMDLG.DLL
  60. CMDIALOG.VBX
  61. THREED.VBX
  62.  
  63. You may leave these files in the URL Grabber 
  64. subdirectory, or copy them to your Windows or 
  65. Windows\system subdirectory.
  66.  
  67. NOTE: If you have other files with the same names already 
  68. installed in your Windows or Windows/system subdirectory,
  69. you may not have to use these. However, when 
  70. you try to run URL Grabber, you may get an error 
  71. message telling you that you have an incorrect, or out of 
  72. date, version of one of these files. In that case, replace 
  73. (in your Windows or Windows/system subdirectory) what you 
  74. already have (after making backup copies) with our file. We
  75. know that these work with our software.

  77. GRABBER.HLP is an MS Windows Help file and may be 
  78. left in the directory with the executable file or copied to 
  79. your Windows subdirectory.

  82.  the "?" on the toolbar) or the file, USE_GRBR.TXT, for 
  83. instructions on how to use the program.
